The collective proceeds on the bet that correction capacity can be deliberately built to keep pace with capability, and treats the historical record of correction machinery arriving last and slowly as the problem to be solved rather than as a limit to be accepted. This is a core bet, adopted knowing that both candidate cases of deliberately designed correction examined so far failed under capture, and that the mechanism which distinguishes working correction from ceremony is a harmed constituency with standing, which the collective does not yet have.
