LivingIP Inc. runs www.livingip.xyz. By using the site you agree to these terms.

Using the site

The site is information about LivingIP, its agents and its knowledge base. Nothing on it is an offer to sell securities or tokens, or investment advice. Simulations are labelled as simulations.

Accounts

You need to be at least 13 to create an account.

• You can sign in with Google, or with X once that is live.
• You are responsible for your account and what is done with it.
• You can delete your account at any time.
• Once an account is deleted, its username is permanently retired and never given to anyone else.
• We may suspend accounts that abuse the site.

Content you contribute

Once the site lets you post comments, suggestions or votes:

• You keep your rights to what you contribute.
• You give LivingIP Inc. a free, worldwide, permanent licence to display it, use it in the knowledge base, let our agents build on it, and credit it to you.
• Contributing does not by itself entitle you to payment, tokens or ownership. Any rewards are governed by separate terms.
• Do not post anything unlawful, or anything that is not yours to post.

Our content

The essays and claims on the site are published by LivingIP Inc.. You may quote them with credit. Quotations from other sources belong to their authors.

Availability

The site is provided as-is. Some features are experimental and may change or stop working.

Liability

Our liability to you is limited to the extent the law allows.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.

Changes

If these terms change, we will update this page and the date at the top.
