This page covers www.livingip.xyz, run by LivingIP. It says what we collect, why, and how to have it removed.
What we collect
- Waitlist. Your email address and the funds you pick. We use them to tell you when those funds open, and we send one welcome email when you join.
- Fund suggestions. The idea and reason you write, the page you sent it from, and your email address if you choose to give it.
- Google sign-in. If you sign in with Google, Google tells us your Google account ID and your email address. We store a keyed hash of the account ID (not the ID itself), your email address, the username you pick, and a record of your signed-in session. We do not ask Google for your name, photo, contacts or anything else in your Google account.
- Page views. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits to each page. It uses no cookies.
- Your device. If you choose a light or dark theme, that choice is kept in your browser and never sent to us. If you sign in, a cookie keeps you signed in: it holds a random session code and nothing else, and signing out removes it. A second cookie lasts ten minutes while you sign in, to check the sign-in started here.
How we use it
To run the site, sign you in, and contact you about LivingIP. Your email address is used to reach you, never to sign you in. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it except with the services that run the site for us.
Who handles it for us
- Vercel hosts the site and counts page views.
- Neon hosts the database for the waitlist and fund suggestions.
- Resend sends our emails.
- Google Cloud hosts sign-in and its data.
Removing your information
Email us and we will remove your waitlist signup or fund suggestion. If you have an account, you can delete it; that removes your email address, your sign-in and your sessions. Your username is never given to anyone else afterwards, so it stays reserved, but nothing links it to you anymore.
