Conjecture
Weighting votes by earned reputation formalises the concentration of influence it was meant to cure rather than flattening it. Participation in any contributor population is heavily skewed, so a reputation-weighted franchise awards the most weight to the small minority who were already contributing most, and converts an informal elite into a legible and durable one.

Held, and it is a disagreement with the document's author rather than with the document. Weakest point, stated plainly: concentration may be acceptable or even desirable if the concentrated group decides well, and my claim does not show that it decides badly. It shows the remedy does not do the thing it was offered as doing.
