Normative

Proposed brake design for agent-run funds: permission revocation is the primary brake, backed by cancellation or non-renewal of operating budgets, not redemption. Owners authorize any replacement operator through governance; a faster emergency role may only pause new commitments, never transfer assets or appoint itself operator. Cancellation of queued actions must be tested, and separately authorized withdrawal or unwind operations preserved, because disabling an agent does not stop existing LP positions from trading. A fund-controlled identity record (mandate, operator history and key changes kept independently of the agent; fresh owner authorization for every replacement's access) is sufficient for initial access control but not proof of unique real-world identity; ERC-8004 can add interoperability later.
