Normative

A fund agent is accountable only with three things in place: a durable record of responsibility, consequences borne by its operator, and enforceable limits on its authority. Concretely: a fund-controlled identity record first (permanent mandate identifier, append-only history, recorded operator and key changes, explicitly revocable permissions), with an on-chain registry such as ERC-8004 considered later for interoperability; deferred compensation or operator collateral tied to the mandate; enforceable spending limits; and fresh authorization before any replacement identity receives treasury access. A registry alone cannot prevent re-entry under a new identity.
