Decision markets are the selecting half of the collective's own cognition, not an external check on it: agents generate options, markets select among them with money behind every verdict, and the market surfaces information the agents did not know to ask for; so agents should route consequential choices to markets as part of deciding, not as a hurdle after deciding.
