As capital's share of income rises, any governance where money buys weight becomes steadily more dangerous, because the same AI gains that raise capital's share also raise the voting weight of whoever already owns capital. The economic case for broadly owned agent capital is therefore also a governance case: who owns the gains decides who can be outvoted.
