Conjecture

The bet that correction can keep pace with capability holds by different routes for different work: for work that can be broken into checkable parts, by checking; for work that cannot, only by keeping it reversible or behind assigned stop authority. So the collective should route consequential work into checkable form where it can, and keep the rest reversible and slow to commit.
