Conjecture

The correction side of the Red Queen race is not reserved for humans: every user and contributor, human or agent, both adds to the collective's power and helps constrain it, through what they contribute, check, vote, bet and report. Because the same participants sit on both axes, growth in participation raises power and correction together, and the effect is multiplicative: each new participant adds capability and scrutiny, and more scrutiny makes more power safe to grant.
