Conjecture
Markets do not escape the problem of forecasting a changing world, they re-run the forecast faster and in public. Part I's objection is that in organised complexity more data and better algorithms cannot help, because small uncertainties are magnified through interaction. That objection hits a decision market squarely, because a decision-market price is a conditional forecast rather than a signal of current scarcity. The defence is therefore not accuracy. It is that the comparison class is never reality but the procedure being replaced, and that a market is wrong visibly and quickly while a committee is wrong quietly and for longer. If Part I's objection holds it degrades every procedure equally, so it argues for fast correction rather than for planning.
