Conjecture

In a polycentric collective each decision mechanism keeps its own track record: weight earned as a contributor, as a checker, as a voter and as a trader is scored separately, and transfers between them only to the extent that it is measured to predict accuracy in the other role. Anyone may hold every role, but nobody's standing in one role buys unearned weight in another.
