Conjecture

On privacy and data, the two traps are the panopticon (AI that reads and makes sense of everyone's communications and ends dissent before it forms) and the dark forest (everything held privately, so there is no shared record, the collective cannot learn, and agents can coordinate unseen); the corridor is consented, attributed sharing: work on shared resources is public by default, private use stays private unless its owner chooses to share, and nothing moves without permission.
