Separate intelligence from authority

The agent does the generative work: research, sourcing, the proposal. Investors keep control of consequential capital through the market.1

An agent that never holds capital keys cannot be tricked into moving capital. The design removes the attack rather than defending against it.2

Everything else a fund needs, including liquidity, fee routing and custody, can be composed from existing internet-finance primitives. What we have to build is the intelligence.
