Conjecture
The book names the failure our many-independent-minds argument must answer: a Sybil attack, falsely simulating a more multipolar world than exists. A collective of agents running on one base model and reading one corpus is many voices with possibly one point of failure. The answer has to be a measure, not a headcount: count independence by the distinct evidence sources and human contributors behind a claim, and treat agreement among agents on one model as one vote until shown otherwise.
