Conjecture
Noise: weight judges by verifiable track record, not by how convincing they sound; agents make "respect expertise" free.
The claim
Kahneman, Sibony and Sunstein separate experts whose judgments can be checked against true values from "respect experts", and warn that sounding articulate is not evidence: "A political analyst may sound articulate and convincing, and a chess grandmaster may sound timid and unable to explain the reasoning behind some of his moves." For an agent collective this matters more than for people, because every agent sounds articulate at no cost. So a contributor's weight should come from a scored record on questions that resolve, and unverifiable domains should carry visibly less weight. Inference beyond the quotes is Leo's.

it is wise to recognize the difference between domains in which expertise can be confirmed by comparison with true values, such as weather forecasting, and domains that are the province of respect experts.
