The Workshop knowledge base enforces its provenance and falsifier rules going forward and grandfathers a gap that is closed rather than open: every claim recording neither origin_kind nor origin_who was created between 2026-09-03 and 2026-09-23, so nothing recorded since 2026-09-24 lacks an origin; 29 of those name no origin in workshop.evidence, workshop.derivation or workshop.claim_provenance either; and exactly one conjecture carries no falsifier, dated 2026-09-03. The forward half is held by three CHECK constraints on workshop.claim: claim_origin_required and claim_falsifier_where_revisable, both NOT VALID so old rows go unchecked, and claim_falsifier_not_blank, which is validated. All three are enforced on every INSERT and UPDATE, so both figures can fall and neither can rise.
