Conjecture

Any new fact should be able to reach any claim in the knowledge base, yet most corrections should stay local; this needs the deep assumptions recorded as claims that others rest on, and a healthy base shows heavy-tailed correction reach, mostly one or two claims and occasionally hundreds.
