Relatedness gives the collective a map of where it can grow next. Hidalgo predicts which industries a region enters from its proximity in the product space. Built on our base (claims linked by co-support and co-revision), the same measure should predict which claims the collective can absorb next and show which neighbourhoods are peripheral, where growth needs imported contributors rather than more effort. Relatedness is stronger for individuals than for countries, so a per-contributor map should predict better still.
