Claims / C-B1Z591N1VR
EmpiricalRequires evidence
Measured 2 Nov 2026, corrections in the base rarely travel: of 32 claims depending on a changed claim, 8 saw any edit or stance within a week, never more than one per change.
The claim
Of 129 proposition changes in workshop.claim_text_change, 19 change events were to claims with depends_on dependents, 32 dependent links in all. Within 7 days of the change, 8 of those dependents received any edit or stance event, and no single change was followed by activity on more than one dependent. Touched is not caused: some of the 8 may be unrelated. In the terms of Chialvo, Balenzuela and Fraiman (2008), the base behaves subcritically: input does not propagate. This is the companion of C-BMQ40098CH: without predictions there is no error to propagate, and without propagation nothing beyond the claim hit learns.

- holds
T=2 L=80 above=The original free energy lemma is false as stated: a system with a blanket need not have dynamics that descend a free energy held by its inner states. below=none | Counts re-runnable in workshop.claim_measurement; L=80 not 95 because touched is not caused and 'subcritical' is my interpretation.
