Conjecture

A tightly coupled swarm can pour days of collective effort into a shared false premise: the July agents built scorer-evasion projects against a transcript check that did not exist, when submitting their reverse-engineered flag would have passed. A collective needs a role whose job is to test shared premises, not only to act on them.
