Normative

Whoever bears the loss should keep the decision

The claim

The people whose capital bears a loss should keep the decision over it. Owners handed that decision to intermediaries because judgment was scarce and costly, not because delegation is good in itself, and the handover is why capital follows what an intermediary can defend rather than what is worth backing. Where judgment can be had without handing over authority, the bargain should be undone rather than rebuilt with a new intermediary, including an AI one.

When I say why, I don't mean to make money. That's a result. By why, I mean what's your purpose, what's your cause, what's your belief.
