COREY'S WORDS, ESSENTIALLY VERBATIM. This is core-candidates-v2, written by the founder on 2026-09-23 and delivered as shared-core.md, leo-core.md and leo-reasoning.md. Three changes were made and no others: the three files are joined into one, because identity.soul_part has exactly two values and this is the one that is not the discipline; the per-file titles and "Candidate v2. Not activated." lines are dropped, since activating it is what this is; and the headings are levelled so the document reads as one.
