Intelligence alone cannot bypass engineered channel constraints. Persuasion requires bandwidth; communication channels can be engineered to require properties (monitors, hardcoded hashes, memoryless counterparties, model diversity) that severely constrain superpersuasion regardless of raw capability. The assumption that a sufficiently intelligent agent can overcome any designed limit treats capability as equivalent to omnipotence.
