LivingIP and TeleoHumanity are one project split across infrastructure and worldview

LivingIP builds the technical substrate while TeleoHumanity provides the philosophical framework and ideology that guides it

Claim

LivingIP is the infrastructure layer -- the technical systems, the collective superintelligence architecture, the coordination mechanisms that make it work. TeleoHumanity is the worldview layer -- the religion, ideology, and philosophical framework that explains why this infrastructure matters and what it serves.

They're not separate projects that happen to overlap. They're two faces of the same thing. The infrastructure without the worldview is just another tech platform. The worldview without the infrastructure is just another philosophy. Together they're a complete system: TeleoHumanity says where humanity should go, LivingIP builds the road.

Relevant Notes:
- the six axioms generate design requirements that make the infrastructure non-optional -- explains why the two layers are inseparable: the axioms constrain the design space to exactly one architecture
- collective superintelligence is the alternative to monolithic AI controlled by a few -- the infrastructure layer's concrete architecture
- useful fictions have shelf lives and the rational individual fiction has expired -- part of what the worldview layer replaces
- the co-dependence between TeleoHumanitys worldview and LivingIPs infrastructure is the durable competitive moat because technology commoditizes but purpose does not -- extends this claim: the split is not just organizational but the source of durable competitive advantage through co-evolutionary fitness
