All changes to fund token supply — both minting for capital raises and buybacks for token support — must pass through decision markets before execution. The decision market validates that the supply change serves fund performance and holder interests, preventing arbitrary dilution on the mint side and value-destructive treasury depletion on the buyback side. This governance constraint makes continuous capital formation trustworthy.
